We’ve seen more than enough disaster areas in the news lately, but recently World of Warcraft was hit by a deadly plague, unleashed as an enterprising group of player characters killed Hakkar the Blood God. Hakkar unleashes a deadly plague when killed, which normally only affects those nearby, but the characters managed to infect a virtual pet and spread the disease to the or c capital Ogrimmar. But then other player characters were infected as well.
